  <title>cycling</title>
  <link>http://chri55ie.livejournal.com/847.html</link>
<description>I&apos;m knackered after cycling about 200 m along the canal towpath!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I was riding Mike&apos;s old bike, so I couldn&apos;t reach the pedals if I sat on the seat, so that might be why it was such hard work.&amp;nbsp; I was also quite worried that I was going to skid and fall into the canal!&amp;nbsp;</description>
